SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We ship Worldwide.

Standard handling time for dresses (non-gowns) is one business day.

Standard handling time for gowns is 5-7 days. In case we can’t fulfill your order within this time frame, we will let you know within 24 hours of your purchase and will give you the date your dress will be ready so you can choose to keep or cancel your order free of charge. Some gowns are available for same day shipping. If you wish to check availability before placing your order, contact us.

Gowns marked as “Same day shipping” are in store and ready to ship. Your order must be made before 1:00pm in order to be shipped the same day. All orders made after this time will be shipped the following day.

Allow up to 12 weeks for all Allure Bridesmaids dresses as they are custom orders.

Free USPS Priority Mail shipping on all US orders over $100.
Priority Mail: 1-3 days

International orders can be shipped through DHL Express or USPS Priority Mail International. Price varies by location and product weight. We recommend DHL Express since it is safer and faster.
*Some international orders might be subject to import taxes imposed by your country’s customs. Such taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

 

RETURNS

We value our customers and want to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. We understand the difficulties of buying a dress online, therefore we give you 5 days to try on your dress and request a return for store credit if it doesn’t fit or if you are not happy with your purchase.

We try to make the return process as simple as possible, so please follow the instructions bellow:

– Visit meranski.com/returns and fill out the request form for your Return Authorization Number within 5 days of receiving your dress.
*All requests made after 5 days of delivery will be automatically declined.

– We will send you an RA# within 24 hours. After you receive that number, you have 3 days to ship the item back to us.

– Please write the RA# outside the package.

Processing time for returns is 2-5 business days after we receive your package. Once processed, you will receive an email with your store credit, which you may use immediately towards a new purchase or keep it for a future purchase. Store credit never expires.

Please note:

– Item must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
– Item must contain all original tags, including designer tag, Meranski’s tag, and the security red tag.
– Shipping charges will be deducted from the amount to be credited.
– All return packages must include the RA#.
– All returns must be completed within the allowed time period.
– Store credit may not be converted to refund. Store credit will be issued by email and never expires.
– Custom orders may not be cancelled once it has been shipping from the designer to Meranski.
– All sale items are considered FINAL and may not be returned or exchanged.
– Bridesmaids dresses are made to order, therefore may not be returned under any circumstances.

Upon inspection, if the item does not meet our return policy, the Return Authorization will be voided and the item will be shipped back to you.

In order to be fair to our customers, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
