SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We ship Worldwide.

Standard handling time for gowns is 5-7 days. Handling time is included in delivery estimate chosen at checkout. In case we can’t fulfill your order within this time frame, we will let you know within 24 hours of your purchase and will give you the date your dress will be ready so you can choose to keep or cancel your order free of charge. Some gowns are available for same day shipping. If you wish to check availability before placing your order, contact us.

Gowns marked as “Same day shipping” are in store and ready to ship. Your order must be made before 1:00pm in order to be shipped the same day. All orders made after this time will be shipped the following day.

Allow up to 12 weeks for all Allure Bridesmaids dresses as they are custom orders.

Free USPS Priority Mail shipping on all US orders over $250.
Priority Mail: 1-3 days

International orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail International. Price varies by location and product weight.
*Some international orders might be subject to import taxes imposed by your country’s customs. Such taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

 

RETURNS

We will issue a full refund if we ship the wrong dress. We will also cancel your order and issue a refund if we cannot deliver your dress by the wear date you selected.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns and issue refunds for any other reasons, as our dresses are ordered directly from the manufacturers especially for you, and they do not accept returns.

We ask that you please take the time to take your measurements and make sure you are ordering the correct size, as there will be no returns or exchanges.

In order to be fair to our customers, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
